About Broken Top Property Management

Meet Cierra Brown
Founder & Owner, Broken Top Property Management

I’m Cierra Brown, and I founded Broken Top Property Management in 2025 with one simple goal — to raise the standard for property management in Central Oregon.

After personally managing my own rental, I saw firsthand how challenging it can be to find a management company that truly cares — one that treats every home like its own, protecting owners and treating every tenant with respect. I created Broken Top Property Management to offer a better option for both homeowners and renters: one built on integrity, responsiveness, and genuine local expertise.

A Local Approach You Can Trust
As a long-time Bend resident and property owner, I understand the unique needs of our ever growing community. From the changing rental market to the seasonal maintenance challenges of Central Oregon, my team and I bring personal experience, local insight, and hands-on care to every property we manage.

We’re proud to be locally owned and operated, providing a boutique level of service that larger firms often can’t match. Our commitment is simple:

Protecting our owners’ investments through proactive management and clear communication.

Helping tenants find and care for a place they can truly call home.

Why I Started Broken Top Property Management
Over the years, I’ve learned that successful property management isn’t just about collecting rent or scheduling repairs — it’s about relationships. Whether you’re a homeowner entrusting your property to us or a tenant searching for the right home, you deserve transparency, respect, and dependable support.

That’s the foundation of Broken Top Property Management. Every decision we make is guided by our belief that good homes build great communities — and that managing those homes should be done with care.
